Hi, again, Nuttanee, I owe you an apology. When I first saw your question, for some reason, I assumed you were a beginner here. Had I realized your experience I wouldn't have offered such a 'beginner' solution. I hope that everything is now sorted and that you are up and running again.

There is no need to apologize. It is one of my plugins that caused the problems which is google product review. :) Thanks for healing though.

I am using the classic editor, and I didn't get into any kind of trouble. I would re-open my dashboard and refresh the page or clear the browser cache.

By the way, I just went into my own back office and had no difficulty adding an image.

Thank you for taking your time answering my queston. I am not sure what happened to the classic editor. All the writing tools are just disappeared and all my writing is in the "text code". I tried hitting the visual button right next to text nothing happened as well.

I think it is better if you see what happens. Take a look at the attached.

Could be a glitch in the updates or something.

Clearly something isn't right and you will likely need to wait for SiteSupport to help. Did you try bypassing your browser cache, as Phil suggested below, by tapping CTRL+F5 (assuming you are on a PC) on your keyboard?

Hi Nuttanee. So, to be clear, you have published your post and are now editing it in WordPress?
To add an image you have clicked on "Add Media" right below your post title, yes? If so can you describe exactly what you see after that?

I always use Classic editor Nuttanee and have never had an issue
Try going out and going back in and see if this helps as it is a really good plugin to work with

Hope everyone is doing ok with the coronavirus outbreak. I have a question. How long does Kyle or Carson usually get back to you with the private message?

Hi Nuttanee, there is no definite response time for Kyle or Carson. Sometimes you may be able to get Kyle on live chat. The biggest thing is not to give up, keep sending them the question. Also you may want to try Jay.

Dave's answer is right on. Also looking for answers from site support may be an alternative.

Its very variable. One of my questions got a reply within an hour. One of my questions from before christmas has never been answered.
In fairness I'm sure their inboxes have an enormous amount of mail per day.

I have never sent Kyle or Carson a private message so I do not know how long it takes to receive a reply. I have had Kyle respond immediately in the live chat area when He is providing assistance there tho.

I do not think they handle site support via PM. They hire people for that, and have users in the community assist one another.

You can ask for help in the live chat also, but if it's got to do with something that is inner programming related, then a support technician can assist you best.
