All Caught Up

So the traveling and stuff got me all out of wack, and I was way behind on things here on WA. Today I finally got all caught up. All comments have been responded to and all PMs have been replied to. So if I missed your comment or didn't get you a reply to something let me know and I'll get on it.

I also want to say thank you to everyone that takes the time to leave comments on my posts. You comments help me gauge the impact of my posts. Am I talking about things people are actually interested in? Was I clear about everything I wanted to say? Is there some aspect that I should go into more detail on? Even when it takes me a while to reply, I do sincerely appreciate your comments.

As I mentioned to Marty today in a reply to his comment, it also helps motivate me to keep posting. There have definitely been days when I had to scramble a little to get a post written and posted on time, but even though I got pretty far behind on my replies I still managed to get a post up every day.

My current series of posts on the E-Myth Revisited seem to be going pretty well. The content being covered may not be as interesting to some of you, but it's laying the ground work for what's to come. I was looking at what's coming up, and I realized I'm only into the second chapter so far. The next couple of chapters will go faster, but I'm still getting a lot of content to write about form just the one book. So my source for content ideas seems to be working out really well.

I'm taking a break for a couple of days, because the next series of posts all kind of go together and I didn't want a couple days break in between. My post tomorrow will be a "table of contents" where I can post links to all the blog posts in the series for easy reference for every one. My Sunday post will the my weekly "This Week on WA" post. Then I'll get back to the E-myth on Monday.

In the comments to last weeks This Week on WA, Veronica joked that getting featured in one of those posts was a new goal for her. I said that it could probably be arranged but she didn't t her posts would necessarily be on interest to the masses.

The thing is I had already gone and looked at her posts. She's doing a Healthier Me Challenge this year. That actually was of interest to me. She had mentioned it to me before when I had mentioned getting back to exercising and she said don't wait just do it. Well I did wait until I got to AZ, but I've started running again since I got here.

While Veronica doesn't think these posts will necessarily appeal to the masses, I would argue they should. Here's why. The mental game that Veronica is going through to become healthier, is the same mental game we go through to keep working and build our businesses. Getting yourself to consistently do something that you don't want to do to achieve something long term where you don't see the benefits immediately is EXTREMELY hard to do. Any example we can follow or source of inspiration we can find is worth taking advantage of.

So Veronica didn't make it into This Week on WA, because I wanted to give a slightly longer explanation than I usually give for those posts. Never the less I recommend checking out her posts. They are both entertaining and inspiring.
