Car Catches Fire in Chick-Fil-A Drive Thru FREE CAR

This is the Season for giving.

Dec 4, 2015, and Morgan Carter, mother of two, was in the drive-thru of her local Chick-Fil-a in Goodletsville, TN, just about to get her lunch and go about her day, when all of a sudden, FIRE!!!

She could not believe it. Her car was on fire in the drive thru at Chick-Fil-A. Now What?!!?

"I was panicking", she told the local news reporter, "I didn't really know what was happening."

Many of you might already know what is going to happen here, just because she is at Chick-Fil-A. But let me continue... so there she is at Chick-Fil-A, in the drive-thru, on fire. Todd Hunley, the restaurant's owner, tried to put out the blaze, but to no avail. The car is a total loss. My heart goes out to Morgan. You see Morgan does not have a ride home now and she does not have anyway to get her two children from and to where they need to be. Oh my!

The store's owner was not the only person that was trying to help. A gentlema that was watching everything go down walks up to Morgan, and asks, "Hey, what can I do to help? She was like, ‘I really just want you to pray that somehow we can get a car, because this is all we have.’ I knew in that moment that was what we were supposed to do."

We are seeing Jesus Christ at work here. I will explain...

You see the man who asked "what can I do to help you", was not just any man, and Morgan Carter did not just pull into any restaurant.

You see the man that asked her "Hey. What can I do to help?" was Kevin Cook, Pastor, Kevin Cook. The drive-thru she was in is at Chick-Fil-A. The founder of Chick-Fil-A, rest his soul, was devoted to Jesus Christ and Chick-Fil-A his restaurants, are closed on Sunday, to observe the Sabbath.

This brought to my mind Matthew 6:4, "...and your Father who sees in secret will reward you in public."

I pick the story back and we remember that Morgan asked Cook, who is a local Pastor, to pray. She could not have asked a better man. The story doesn't tell us this but I am sure this is where Cook prayed, because before long, Cook and Hunley came up with a shiny red minivan.

“It was the best thing that could have happened that day for sure,” Carter said.

The generous duo managed to secure Carter a minivan.

“I was hysterical,” Carter said. "I was crying and I was happy at the same time, but still in shock from just everything that was going, and for it to just end so wonderful is just amazing."

So let me bring it all together.

It is Christmas. Chick-Fil-A is a Christian company.

Morgan Carter was supporting the Kingdom of Christ by eating at Chick-Fil-A. I think that God might have been telling her, Thank You.

Pastor Cook is always looking to further the Kingdom of God by showing Love to another. He was given his wish. Merry Christmas.

Chick-Fil-A's founder has observed the Sabbath, by closing on Sundays. I think that God might be saying thank you, with free advertising and a viral story, to Chick-Fil-A.

It's Christmas and Jesus has shown His Great Love again by reminding each of us that HE (LOVE) is the Reason for the Season. Merry Christmas to All and to All a good night.
