Never Enough Time
There are no two ways about it. There is just not enough time in the day to get all the things done that I need to do. Between working from home for 5 hours each day, housework, cooking, running errands etc, I dont have much time left for writing content.
I spend a lot of time researching material for my posts but I find myself at the end of the day feeling like I didnt get much accomplished.
I'm also a firm believer in carving out a little "me" time too. I need that couple of hours to sit back, take a deep breath and just relax. Otherwise I find my self gettinig out of sorts.
I guess I could stop being so OCD when it comes to my housework. The world is not going to stop spinning if I don't vacuum every day or do at least one load of laundry.
I think I need to take stock of where my time is being spent and see if I cant steal a few minutes from each activity to devote to my writing.
I'm sure I will hit my rhythm soon enough but until it feels natural, I will keep plugging aong.

Hello Nancy, when you are balancing so many balls in the air, it is important to implement a time management plan. It can be day to day or for the week. List everything that you plan to do for the day or week, then place them in order of importance. Finally, set time against each one. The important thing is to stick to those times.
I feel the same way. Writing articles really eats up my time and I have got to find a better way to finish my articles more quickly. However, I do write lengthy articles because I have researched that Google likes longer articles that are packed with valuable information.
Finding the right images or creating my own is another time eater!
Now that I am caregiving for my terminally ill Aunt, I have to be away much more.

As the adage said, " Time Flies" "It's never enough time " How I could have more time ".

Hi Nancy. We know exactly what you mean. We are, in what many would consider to be, an ideal situation to have plenty of time to devote to WA. There are just the two of us, living in a condo overlooking the beach here in Ecuador and without a 9-5 job to distract us. But we still aren't managing to put in the hours to WA that we know we should. Like you, this is something we need to work on. We definitely agree you need to take some time in the day for yourself, so don't cut back, and certainly don't eliminate, that.

Wow! Living in a condo on a beach in Ecuador! That's what I'm talking about. Only I'm thinking Costa Rica. But who knows? I'll just keep plugging away until I hit my groove. Wow! Living in a condo on the beach in Ecuador. That will keep rattling around in my brain for a while. LOL

Its not easy that's for sure, however each task completed, may it be share a post, add a comment, complete 100 words on a post, find images, research a new product are all steps along the road to the prize.
I'm still working full time and doing this on my breaks and evenings, with two small boys family time comes first so I leave it till they are in bed.
All this has seen me with a website that has over 100 posts now getting close to 10K traffic and making money. Not enough for me to work at it full time but its going in the right direction.
Don't give up and organise yourself to not get distracted with mundane tasks and it will take shape.
Just think when you get extra income from internet business hire a personal assistant then spend more time on the business and scale it.

Yes, I find myself throughout the day thinking about things to write about and then the day brings something to me and I jot it down for later!

Who makes your Time Rules .Are you in Control of the Hours in a day .So allocate the hours for each day
Don't Steal Time for Nancy s Writing that must Be seen as a Priority so Give her time most suited for your writing flow
Do a Big Wall chart for your allocation Vacuum gets once a week
for instance and so on
