i have a landing page from an affiliate product that i want to promote but i'm not sure what websides a have to chose to track my clicks, opt, and sales
You can track clicks by giving the landing page URL a Bitly. Just go to the Bitly website, get a shortened tracking URL and you can get all kinds of fun stats. As far as opt ins and sales, your affiliate program should be telling you that, if it's like most programs.
thank you so much Dan, what i'm promoting is a clickbank product, i know how to create a landing page or squeeze page with Aweber and i was thinking linked actually with Bitly my problem is how i put my landing page in a OPL(other people list) with the solo Ad, i'm going to use Directory of Ezines to do that but what i'm not sure is in step by steps how to do it.

What you do is write the ad copy and put the links to the landing page inside the ad copy If someone clicks on the link then it will be counted.

Google also has a way to shorten urls similar to bitly. There is also a site called tinyurl that you can use.
