Lack of Focus and just overall lack of productivity. Some tools to help.

I have been struggling with lack of focus for a while. Part of it was deciding exactly what I wanted my website to be. Another part was learning new things, but not applying it, due to SOS(Shiny Object Syndome). Trying to multi-task too much also did not help.
