American Dream", Stop Thinking So Small!
New businesses are thriving, but the model seems to be shifting from the traditional bricks and mortar models to real-time internet models.
With well over 7 billion people on the planet, I see this as a mind-blowing opportunity, because at any given moment about 4 billion of them are online. In the next five years, the population is expected to grow to over 8 billion and about 5 billion will be on the internet.
I think this makes the internet one of the most cost effective coupled with accessibility business platforms in history.
Opportunity is always near, but sometimes we have to remove the self imposed blinders to clear the obstructions in our pathway.
P. S. As in starting any other type of business, I think its pretty much a given to expect the journey to be long and hard. That's why, I find it helpful to learn from others and appreciate all feedback, comments on my blogs and websites and I love to return the favor!
Regards,

So true. That being said. I also believe that one must strives to diversify their incomes streams and develop valuable life skills to truly feel safe in today's world.
Governments are constantly looking for ways to interfere with the internet, and one must consider what they might do in the event of a prolonged black out.
I know it sounds kind of dooms day like to say these things, but I am always looking a larger picture. That being said I still agree that for the time being the internet provides the best possible business opportunities, no matter where you are from...

Good point the term American Dream was just a figure of speech that is common in the USA ... The real point I was trying to make is with the internet model comes the opportunity for a much bigger dream .... To reach a global market
I hear and am familiar with the term. The locals here talk about the Australian Dream which I guess they have in every country. ;-)
