Traffic is getting Better

Traffic can be a bad thing for creating smog yet a good thing for your website! The more organic visits has me pretty excited and you can also get sales off paid traffic but this example from my site is all from Jay and Kyle's SEO training here at Wealthy Affiliate.

Ever since the beginning of the spreading ooga chakka virus shelter in place orders, The traffic on the highway not too far from home was very few and far between. I don't know if that is getting getter or worse, but it scares me because it reminds me of working on graveyards only it's eerie during the day because we know it's summertime.

Where are all the kids?

The park is empty, and little kids are wearing masks to the grocery. But most people are buying goods online. Why risk the exposure and have to spend the extra time?

There are babies born into only seeing people with masks on, no smiles or microexpressions for beginning interpersonal communication development. But absent smiles seen don't outweight the risk of respiratory failure from SARS.

It makes one wonder about the shelter at home orders for people who become homeless or find themselves on the brink of hunger and dwindling further from the light at the end of a tunnel which was dimly lit before the CoVid crisis.

Close the Doors?

One reason businesses are getting greater hiring rates now than they were recently is thanks to finacinal aid called the Paycheck Protection Program. The lending financial institution does a calculation based off last year income tax and requires proof your company was in business within the US this February, 2020.

The payout of PPP has saved so many businesses from closing, but they still have a pending cash flow crisis. The funds are usually approved within 24 hours of all document and signing the paperwork.

The calculation adds the 1099 information and calculates based on the total divided by 12 then multiplied by 2.5 with a forty percent forgiveness for businesses staying busy by paying out their workers. If it is a sole proprietorship which is what it sounds, a self-employed person-they can still qualify for this automatic approval from certain banks and credit unions.

The process is to apply before the end of the application window August 8th. You can find more details online and even if you don't need the funds now, the winter is quickly approaching. These funds can be used for marketing and equipment including electronics, power bills, phone & bill, professional liability insurance, payroll programs such as Quickbooks or Freshbooks, Website hosting fees...

If your car is used for business then don't forget :

• mileage,
• car insurance
• drive time and
• the necessary maintenance on your vehicle.

Once this PPP budget is invested to keep companies afloat, they can turn around and reach out to pay it foward.

1. hire people
2. Invest in development of work from home positions
3. purchase PPE
4. Take care of debts accrued due the crisis
5. Save for a rainy day or future sick time off
6. pay back the loan and improve company credit with your union or bank

Pay Protect Program and Organic Traffic Increasing deserves a celebration of pay it forward. It is possible Uncle Sam can help out of the pandemic.

This is the idea I have been working fervently on while waiting for FedEx to stop losing packages;

I started to create a training based on one of these pay it forward ideas, but 2 of the pages were deleted. I reached out to site support and that I accidentally tapped cancel before I submit and now I probably deserve to have to rewrite the material trying to make it better than the first attempt.

Then to share the results with one another on discussion thread! I'll revisit here to see if we get some feedback because I don't often get very many comments on my tutorials.

I want to encourage the community, if you want to try out a give and take comment thread for trainings built within Wealthy Affiliate. We have one for YouTube and Website posts or design, but not one that shows the dialog within WA.

I think it's one of those things if I get enough interest and invest in paid ads would help get more Wealthy Affiliate referrals for commissions. It might not get me to Vegas, but worth a shot. I'll let you all know when I can get it finished and uploaded if you send me a note.

Would this idea interest the group? Like, exchange of star reviews and discussion comments for tutorials, courses and videos in our training tab?
