First Income, 3 week update
Hey everybody, So I joined Wealthy Affiliate 1 day short of 3 weeks ago on June 21, 2016, And upgraded to Premium 2 weeks ago exactly. So far, I've really been enjoying this journey. I've actually been spending so much time on here that instead of forcing myself to come on and get some work done, I have to force myself to get off and do the other things in life we have to do. Like Sleep, Lol...
I've had in the last 2 weeks 5 days where I stayed up all night working on my website and/or learning more on the courses. But I love what I'm doing here and honestly believe I've found my "niche" in life..
So lets see, as of today my site health is now "Awesome." Everything is at 100% except my site trust which is still at 0%, I'm assuming because it's still new maybe. and my site feedback is at 60% which I'll bring up here real soon.
I've still got work to do, which is why I enjoy this so much. The work is never officially done because your always going to add more posts, etc. And since i'm still fairly new at this I know I still have A LOT to learn. But I'm willing to do whatever it takes to learn what I need to learn to reach my goals and success here.

P.S. I also Did have my first Sale here a few days ago. It was actually 2 sales on amazon that totaled about $50 some, so I earned a few dollars. It's not much, but it just goes to show that if at this early in the process I've made some/any kind of income it will only increase when real traffic starts coming on the site!! Working hard will definitely pay off here.

Thanks Katie, I look forward to where things could be in a few months from now. And your right, I do need to make sure I rest a bit. Lol. I just get so excited and motivated the moment I turn on my screen(I have to turn my screen off or I won't stop) haha. But breaks can help a lot in coming up with ideas. Good job, it's a very good start for such a short time and with a couple of sales already, you are on your way.
Just a couple of suggestions, in the Beiber article, if you don't have access to the video to embed it, I suggest using an anchor text link rather than having a raw link on the page.
Below is an anchor text tutorial What is Anchor Text Also, the videos you do have, I would try to center them on the page. The way you do this is by adding some additional code to the embed code like this (in your text tab of course)
Usually, this also works well for the banners in your sidebar widgets.

You know, I'm so glad you just mentioned that. When I was looking at that page earlier I reminded myself to actually remove that and put up the actual video, but then in the chaos of doing so many other things on my website, I forgot. Thanks! I still have a lot to do, and I'm still learning. But like I said I've been really giving my all. By the way I finally got my google analytic's working last night. I sure wish I got it going weeks ago. I think I have more traffic than I thought, I thought I had like nobody really visiting. In just a few minutes I'll have my first full day results.
