Don't make the mistake I did
So I didn't know how to change the font size on my Wordpress site and instead of just researching it, my impatience caused me to settle for a band aid solution.
I highlighted all the main text of my articles and changed them to Header 3(H3) tags.
This looked good to me, so I let it lie...until I found out this can affect your rankings in Google.
I quickly searched for how to change font size in Wordpress since they do not make it a part of the normal editing toolbar. It was not an easy search because much of the training was not simple or did not apply.
Finally I found the answer and had to go back and change all the main bodies of text on all my articles. This was tedious, but worth it.
All you do is switch from Visual to Text mode while editing your article.
Then you type in this code before the body of text you want to change:
<span style="font-size: 18px;">
Then you place this code at the end of the body of text:
</span>
Update your article and look at the change.
You can change 18px to any size you want.
The text looks like this:
<span style="font-size: 18px;">Main body of text</span>
Please learn from my mistake! Thank you.

This solution may not work for mobile. I would make sure to check to make sure that the text is sized appropriately both on the desktop and mobile versions.
Yes it works on mobile
