Hey Nina
I just looked up menopause on a search engine and the first page was filled with webmd, mayoclinic, healthline etc.
Menopause is a medical issue and so Google is always going to favor the big medical sites and, basically, shut you out.
If you want to attack them then I would suggest linking up with a certified gynecologist and have them look over your posts to make sure you're giving the best information possible. Perhaps even give them co-authorship.
You could also approach the market through non-medical doors, such as weight loss/gain, supplements, herbal help, exercise etc.
Do you know where on the net your possible visitors live? Are they easy to approach? I am guessing but I'd say you will find them on forums or Q&A sites.
Find a forum and join it - one that shows lots of daily posts which shows the members are active.
Join the forum and start helping people with their questions, don't promote or sell anything. At this stage you are just building up their trust in you.
Once you have reached a decent number of answers and your answers have been liked/voted for then start putting up your own questions. Questions about certain symptoms or certain products - ask for the opinions of the members - (everyone has an opinion)
After a while you can then add a signature to your posts - this is usually done in your profile - once you have your signature (this is where you give your blog name/url) and publish it - it will populate every comment and question you've put on that forum.
This is not a quick way of getting traffic but it is a way that works.
I hope it helps
Training level three and four explained this at length. Social media plays an important role, just for one instance. Also you must keep writing relevant content which will eventually show you as an authority in your niche!
It is recommended that you get organic traffic by using good keywords and interesting contents. However, nothing is stopping you from getting traffic to your site by other means necessary. Like creating a social media blog and point it towards your website for more information. If using Facebook blog, they would prefer you to not invite people out of their platform. But you still can do it friend. Another way is that you can do a paid campaign on FB to target a specific group of people to your website. It'll cost you about $5-$10 dollars if you don't mind. You can do that as a test to get an idea of how many people showed interests in your contents. All the best!
Hi Nina, what I find works best is adding more content to generate traffic. I did click on your categories and there was no content. It would be nice if you could populate them with some articles. I also see Newme202 has left you a link.
Wishing you all the best,
Michael

Hi again Nina
I have just been to your website and a huge reason you have no traffic is that you have no content.
You need to be publishing posts/videos/audios - however you intend to do it - 2-3 times a week (especially right at the beginning)
Select your keywords and write your post around that keyword and then publish it.
If you keep going and keep publishing, you should start to see organic traffic coming to your site in 6 - 9 months
