In the video by Kyle, he ask to install sociable plugin but when I install it my site s not working properly and many a times it says the social plugin is not compatible with y
There are loads of different plugins available for social sharing and all vary. I personally use sumo plugin and just use the social sharing part.
Within the plugins area just search social sharing and see what comes up. Look for something this is current with wordpress updates and that has great reviews and a large number of downloads these are all great factors to go by.
Shareaholic was another one I used before.

I got rid of sociable because it gave me to many issues. The main one was it slowed down my site. But I believe it will depend on the particular theme you installed. Jim

I want to build a site and sell it to one of my acquaintance. How to do the selling part? Only giving the password won't be enough I think, so what else is need to be done to c
you can transfer the site to their account - get in touch with site support to help move it.
you will need to transfer ownership of the domain to them as well - maybe something else for sitesupport.

what about manitenance of the site - whose responsibility?
I have a patient actually & I was telling her about my site she checked it out and liked it. She then asked me to make it one for her too for her business & I asked to join WA but she was reluctant to invest the time to learn and built a website. So I just asked here that is it possible to such or not. I think she only will be responsible for her site thereafter!!
well you could host her site for her and give her access rights - for a smaller monthly payment ( paying part of your membership) this way they can see whether they would get use of the site.
as we all know you must keep adding content ot the site for it to grow - so another contract ot create one or two pieces of cseo'd content monthly.
just thoughts.
get a few of these and your membership is paid for and more.

When using the exact same email address that your Gravatar image is linked to, your image should come up... that is the image that you use in your Gravatar account.
Not sure exactly what you mean by: "but when I am dropping the link for promotion of my website".
If you can explain better what you mean, I may be able to help you.

Yep - you can make a website for them if you want.
