WA Has Superb Site Support
This is just going to be a short and sweet one. I would like to just thank the amazing Site Support team here in WA. There are a few times that I have asked for their assistance and they have always exceeded my expectations.
Today I asked for their help AGAIN as I got stuck somewhere at the back end of my site. I am a woman and a woman has to change her mind so of course I changed my theme and guess what... I couldn't figure out how to do the navigation. Technology is really not my strong suit by the way!
Where else can we find this kind of support and assistance? I was already getting so frustrated and had to stop my training as I was stuck and my patience was wearing thin then I thought of this awesome support team here and true enough they are just superb.
Don't you all agree with me? Have you had the same experience with the Site Support here? Aren't they awesome?

Truly so.
I've unfortunately(?) had the chance to encounter a series of problems while developing my website and had to approach them for solutions on multiple occasion and each time they were quick to respond to my queries.
Being the overly conscious me, I even wondered if I may have made them feel annoyed over my persistent questioning over the matters.
Really appreciate their help and support.
Site Support has been wonderful when I have needed their help. I just need to learn to ask for it sooner.

Yes, I am 100% agree with you. I am biologist, have no-sense of the computer stuff, ask a lot of simple and stupid questions. No matter what, I always get supports from site support and this wonderful WA community!
100% agree with you Nida, and of course you are a woman, we women aren't techy but we know how to change our themes, as much as our clothes lol! it has to be perfect - all the best my friend :)

I recently had to call on Site Support because I did not know how to install a premium version of the theme that I finally settled on. They were great.
