Hi - if you are gone more than 60 days, then your website will be deleted. Did you take a back-up of it before you left?

Marion Black created some really helpful videos on using the new Block Editor in WordPress. See screen print below to see how you can readily access these videos... also, please notice the blogs as they may offer you some tips too.

If you're using Thrive Architect, just select the element Custom html and insert it there.
If you're using the WP Classic editor, select the tab Text (not Visual, which is the normal one). It will open the page's html code and you can insert it there.
