Meaning of the Quote:

You have to first expend labor before you receive any form of compensation for your effort. In order to reap, you have to first plant. You have to put in the sweat and toil before you can enjoy your sweet rewards.

Discussion of the Quote:

To be rewarded, you have to exert effort. You have to sow seeds in order to have a bountiful harvest. These are all the principles of life. First comes the pain then the glory.

In life, there is a time and place for everything under the sun. It is imperative that you have to be willing to give of your time and effort in order to reap the rewards. Also, planting has to take place before reaping can be done. Although your toil and labor may be painful, your reaping will be joyful.

Final Thoughts:

We sure can apply these simple principles to our online businesses. We have to know that it requires hard work and effort during the initial stages of our businesses before we can reap any rewards. This is what happens when we begin to build our businesses from the ground up and gradually make it an authority before our websites get recognized by Google then we can get rewards by getting organic traffic that converts into sales for us.

We have to have time for planting before we have a bountiful harvest. This stage is similar to when we spend time marketing our businesses and then we get massive sales as a result - that is the harvest.

We may experience times of frustration and moments when we want to quit. We may even shed a tear or two - that is sowing in tears - but when we push through all of those difficulties and persevere in the end and achieve success despite all the trials and tribulations that is when we reap in joy.
