Enjoy the moments! They are all we have and all that we really need. Moment to moment is how we create our lives’ experiences. All we have is the present moment. Yesterday is gone, tomorrow is not promised to us. All we have is today. It is a gift that is why it is called the present. It is in each present moment that all of our lives’ experiences happen and after they have occurred they become our memories.

Indeed, our lives are filled with present moments and memories after they have been experienced. So don’t waste our time counting the seconds of our lives. Instead, enjoy the present moment, it is where all the magic in our lives happen. So remember to get lost in the present moment because it is where our happiness lies.
“Be happy. Enjoy every moment of your life. Life is too short to waste on grudges… Laugh when you can, apologize when you should… and let go of what you can’t change.”
When we waste our time counting the seconds, we are missing out on our actual lives. Each time we are not present in our moments, our moments are lost forever. We can never regain them nor can we relive them. We spend our time regretting the past that we can not change because it has already occurred. Also, we worry about tomorrow that we are not sure we will ever have. These actions rob us of the present and so we lose the value that we could have had by just living in the moment.
