Absolutely, effective business leaders use their minds to create their visions. They are quite aware of the power of the mind and so they use their minds to their full advantage. Also, they know what they think about, they can bring about.
Business leaders speak about their visions quite emphatically and give life to them so that they expand and grow. They apply the appropriate and adequate actions to move them closer to completion.
Moreover, they are literally obsessed with their visions. They think about them, speak about them and apply action to expand them. Their visions become a part of them because they are possessed by them.
They wake up thinking about their visions and they go to bed and dream about them. Business leaders are driven by their visions and they are committed to turning their visions into realities with the full effort and support of their teams.
Final Thoughts:
As business leaders, we want to be able to have visions because it is what we can use to create plans, set goals and objectives and make decisions to achieve the things we want in our lives.
We must possess that ability to imagine things with our minds then be able to bring them to life by giving them what they need to expand and grow. More importantly, we must own them so passionately that we would not stop until we are able to bring them to completion.

That's a difficult one for me, Nichola! I have been in business in my locksmith service for 30 years this November, and there was no vision other than to survive, which, by the grace of God, I have! Each day is a new adventure. I don't think too far beyond that because we are not even guaranteed tomorrow, so I live for each new day that I am granted!
I have seen way too many people stressed to the max with planning down the road for something which may not ever come! If it does, and I am still here, then I will confront it at that time!
This is just how I roll over time, and it has alleviated so much needless worry!
