With each adversity, comes an opportunity. However, if you whine too much about the adversity, you will miss out on the opportunity available to you.
Discussion of the Quote:
In life, adversities will always come your way. Yes, you will moan and groan about them but you have to put an end to your complaining so that you can be aware of the opportunities that come with adversities so that you can take advantage of the opportunities and make something of them.
On the other hand, if you spend your time lamenting only, then you will lose the opportunity that comes with your adversity and once it is gone, it is gone forever, never to return again. So never be the one that lament too much that you lose the opportunity.
Final Thoughts:
It is quite easy for most people to not see the opportunities behind the adversities. All they can see are the adversities themselves. However, they have to be vigilant so that they can be able to see the opportunities available to them. Therefore, people have to see beyond the adversities so that they can uncover the opportunites behind them.

In the early 80s, Richard Brandson wanted to travel to see a girlfriend and was booked on a flight to the British Virgin Islands. At the airport he discovered his flight was cancelled, so he chartered a Boeing 747 on a credit card. Then, he used a blackboard to advertise seats at $39 each. He was surprised when 2 seats were bought. He then started selling more seriously. The charter paid for itself and spawned the idea that led to the birth of Virgin Airlines in 1984, which later became Virgin Atlantic.
Now Virgin Galactica is well on its way to promoting the first passenger flights into space and back.
