Why No technical support ticket system for WA site

Siterubix has ticket system and it is free to most members

Why are we limited to chat full of non technical member who are still learning and have no access to the inner workings of this WA site to fix issue non wordpress website related?.

There is not a place on this entire site called "support " There is not a ticket system. As paying members vested in this site we deserve to have technical help from staff who can fix problems.

(Edit) An example would be Your Bank account got Charged $10,000 by Wealthy Affiliate . Siterubix tech support is not the place to go for a non wordpress website issue. and is an instead a WA membership site issue that would need to be fixe fairly instantly.

As my 1st blog post, I would like to have an answer from the PTB, why this is the case and what is our option besides waiting days to hear back from Carson or Kyle if we have a technical problem?

The training program is an awesome option for a structured system for learning about having a business online, and the community support is awesome, but this is one of the major flaws that is beyond rational and needs to be explained.

I will post the answer from the PTB here , as I am sure there are others new and old members who would like this explained as well.

I am not talking about site rubuix support. There should be support for The website Wealthy affiliate Website it self. It is its own system. If you have any Account problems, that cant be answered by community, or is personal to you, then there needs to be a ticket system for your support.

I'm just going to be blunt here. You speak of the developers of WA as though they are faceless or unavailable. It might behoove you to get to know Kyle and Carson. They are the two developers that introduced themselves to you when you signed up for WA.

Kyle and Carson are available in the private message section or on their own profiles. You have direct access to them for ANY question you have about WA or Siterubix or Jaaxy for the simple fact they own them all.

Just give them a shout and get to know them. They usually respond within 24 hours or so and are the best support you could ask for.

There are also several members you will get to know that have been here since WA's inception or at least the last 8 years. Those are also dedicated folks that can answer any question you have about WA.

Head over to the Ambassador list and get to know them.

I read your blog about no support ticket and I also thought about the support tab in the Site Rubix area, but then I see you mean about the actual WA website.

You can send Kyle and/or Carson a Private Message. They will get back to you and possibly can teach us all what to do, or they may set up a new feature! :)

You can use the Siterubix TIcket system for ANY problem you're having, as far as I know. Siterubix is owned by Carson and Kyle, as far as I know.

I tried it ask what site you want help on. I dont have a site on siterubix

If you're not able to choose a site from the list, I guess it all depends on what your question is. If it has anything to do with hosting, or your domain, or DNS, or redirecting, etc., the guys at WA wouldn't have the answers for you anyway, you'd have to contact your domain or hosting provider. That is mainly what the Siterubix support is for. How you go about getting the support you need is really based on what questions you have.

I guess my question is - what do you need help with? I'm happy to give it a go.

WA support not siterubix.

Whoever developed WA and maintains this site on daily basis , are the ones who need to provide the support for WA not the people who Maintain multisite Wordpress platform siterubix issues.

Think of it like this. If you have an icloud issue, Do you go to icloud or google for help? Both of which have a support page by the way. WA Site itself needs to have it own support system and it does not.

Just FYI Siterubix is Wordpress WA is nothing to do with wordpress and is heavily coded site in a programing language like python or ruby it needs it own support system.

Siterubix IS wealthy affiliate. If you have e your own domain name hosted with WA, then it is on the siterubix servers. Siterubix and WA are one and the same. Unless you're hosting your site somewhere else completely that has no affiliation. With SR or WA.

It really doesnt matter what my issue is. there should be a Link to support, especially for paying member and there is not. Every membership site should offer technical support for it members. Looks like this one does not.

I would think that will be coming. The updates here are amazing and this site is growing like crazy. I would send Kyle a PM with your suggestions.

There is tech support. Go to site manager then site support and lodge a ticket. Exactly what you are asking and arguing about is available. 24-7 technical support
