45 Affiliate Links and Page 1 on Google
Awhile ago I blogged here at WA about how you shouldn't be overly worried about putting too many affiliate links on your page.
Well, I figured I would try out my theory on a post and guess what? With 45 affiliate links on a single post I was able to rank on page 1 for a decent term.
The post is currently in position 5 and to make it even better, it has the top snippet on Google (where it is featured above all other posts).
So there you go. No, the limit for affiliate links on a single post isn't 4,5 or even 10, I was able to rank with 45.

thanks for sharing Daniel. I also have high rankings on some posts with many links - I do however not have this many links on all pages. And I would definitely not suggest new people to aim for this on every single page:-)

And I agree, you shouldn’t do this unless your site has aged and also shouldn’t do it on all posts.

Thanks a lot for this brilliant experiment. Your website is actually very young for that performance. Much needed information.
I do have over 50,000 words on my website. So yeah, it may not work this way in the early days.
