Hello everyone,
My name is Peter. I live in Germany and learn new things every day regarding Personal Development, Leadership and what it means to work in a big company. I share the things I learn in a blog and in seminars. The people that attend these seminars are between 20 and 25 on average. And they just started their careers. My aim is to let them use my knowledge to facilitate their start into their work life. In addition I mentor some of them directly.
What would be great now is to also earn some money for it and maybe one day make it a full time business. Because I think there are many newcomers out there that could benefit from the things I've learned as well.

As you guys are really experienced I would be very glad about your honest opinion about it. (Readability, content quality, whats missing? etc.)
In the mean time I'll finish the starter course. :-)

Hi Melani, many thanks! It's great to hear that. If the content is already of good quality, do you maybe have an idea or tip how to generate more traffic/bring more readers to the site? (Not speaking about making money with it, that comes after the traffic)

I also a beginner. We can use various social media. I just created a Facebook Page about my niche and excited because it was very easy to do and connected with many relevant resources. Must try it if you did not yet. Keep the quality content of your website.
I'm no professional but I must say that your site is very Professional in my eyes. The topics and resources are really interesting and helpful. I really like the 10 Tips from successful Leaders to new comers. I think that you will satisfy many people with such a variety of topics. I can't find anything to critic!
