I Can't Believe How Damned I Am!
Hello all WA successful people,
I can see you are making wonders here, but after a year spent learning and working my ass out, I have managed to earn whole 2 euros because my friend bought through my link!
It's little to say I am disappointed. Maybe I am too dumb for this. I have always known to work wonders for my employers, bring success to others and help wherever I can. But when it comes to me, I don't know how to do it for myself.
Perhaps, that is my curse.
I was elected a PR for my school where I do all sorts of marketing: photos and videos, newspaper articles and blogs, and I am regularly on national TV giving news about our school's activities.
Still nothing for me.
Whenever I sit down to work on my sites, there is an email asking something of me, fix this on your website, add the code, claim your property, someone entered your mail from the other side of the world, someone accessed your Netflix account, there is an unusual activity on your fb account.... and today, I couldn't even enter my other email (yahoo), it says it doesn't exist.
All of this is so disturbing and time-consuming for me. It took me three hours this morning to try to recover my yahoo mail and still nothing. They say I have to call the in order to see what the problem is. Calling is a premium paid service.
I am sorry to share such a depressing blog here where people work wonders, make a nice living, and even more.

Sorry to hear you are so upset. However, for me, (I’m pretty stupid business wise) it takes about 2-3 years before things start happening.
I just keep writing, and I’m close to 2 years now, and my readers are now starting to increase and I’m getting a few product clicks.
I think we all go through this, well at least me.

thank you for comforting words. I have never known to sell anything. I've tried selling real products, not online, but it just isn't my thing.
I took up affiliate marketing because I sensed that I won't need to sell here, but to write. And I do my best, still nothing.
As you say, I also thought that maybe it needs another year or two 😉

I'm sorry for all the things you are going through. I'd like to help a little on your blog.
I love the concept of the blog, but I'm a little confused. Is it about children's toys? Or is it about raising children? When I looked through a couple of posts, on the first one I couldn't find any affiliate links; on the second, I found one, pretty far down in the post. I couldn't figure out what you were selling or how to buy it. It's okay to make that a little more obvious. You could also incorporate more items into a post, giving people even more things they could buy. The content is there; now we just need more links.

I appreciate your advice and your looking into the matter. The first few posts were just the beginning when I followed the training and we didn't know yet of the affiliate links.
Later on, I added affiliate links and someone advised me to put them down, almost at the end....

You got bad advice! No, not at the bottom, almost at the end! A lot of people don't read that far! I usually stick with first or second paragraph, the first time the product or product category is mentioned.
I know they rarely read till the end, so I put the affiliate link in the second paragraph and someone advised me to put it near the end. I was confused but this person is an old member and seems very experienced and knowledgeable...

I think you've got good content and a good amount of it already. You need more links so people can buy things. And honestly, you could probably join programs outside of wooden toys. Remember, any noun, especially a proper noun, can be an affiliate link.
Also contact the credit bureaus and have them to place a freeze on all of your credit information until all of this clears. Yes, I know a lot and been around the block a time or two. 😅 Not my fondest moments but I have learn a lot from them.
Also, contact your local law enforcement agency and inform them that your information might have been stolen just to have it on record. You would make this call as non-Emergency and ask who could you speak with regarding this situation even if it is on the other side of the globe you need to have documentation here on your side

No problem. Start with a new email with google and remove access from that hacked e-mail that is connected to your socials. Do that first
Your yahoo account maybe hacked. My original yahoo account was and I never got access back from that account. I was told the same thing to call, them and when I did call it was the hackers themselves. I am not sure how to go about your situation. But go to yahoo Twitter account and see if there has been a breach on there end and trust me I was in the same situation you were in when I felt like I was just supporting others and not myself. Best move for you if you can access your gmail account is change the password to something you have never used before and keep it change every 3-6 months. Do not get discouraged. I got my first two USD as well 😅. What I did to get my mind off of negativity especially with your situation is I just went inside of canvas and started create videos for YouTube. It’s a lot easier then writing or typing things up. Once you get confident and comfortable doing this all else won’t matter. It takes the edge off at least for me.

yes, my yahoo mail has been hacked so many times in November. It was hacked 7 times in one day until I realized it was connected to the very old email that I used 20 years ago. When I disconnected the old email, the hacking stopped.
Now, I can't even get access to it. It is connected to my social accounts and I truly hope it won't disturb them...
I am not discouraged, I am still moving on, but just don't see the purpose. I started creating YT videos and I'll see if it suits me more. People who visit my sites say that I did a good job and my content is good. I guess people are not interested in my niche and people hate reading! You are right, videos, the shorter the better!

I am sorry you are going through this. But you need to immediately change those passcodes on your social media accounts. Do not wait. Disconnect the old one and send them all to your new email address
