Don't run before you can walk!
I completely ignored this in my first week and ended up like a rabbit in headlights.
Within my first 2 days of being a member I was trying to do too much too quickly and by the second day went into melt down. However I never quit so I went to bed and slept on it and when I got back to my web site the following day I literally went back to a blank page page and started again. This time taking it a lot slower and rather than try and work it out for myself I used the search box at the top of the WA main page plus I used the Live Chat.
Within a short space of time I achieved what I couldn't the previous day.
My message here especially to us newbies is if you find yourself sinking trying to take everything in. Walk away from your lap top and do something else for a couple of hours, go for a walk, make a cup of coffee or even leave it until the next day.
You will come back to it refreshed and have a clearer mind. Revisit the training you had trouble with and pause Kyle's video and digest it step by step.
Hope this helps anyone who feels like they are walking through mud at the moment and not getting anywhere. Don't try and run before you have learnt to walk ; )
Regard
Annette

Hi Anette
This is a great piece of advice for newbies, thanks for sharing. I am sure this will help others :)
Thanks for your feedback. It's the very first blog I have ever written so I was nervous if I had done it right : 0.
Your blog will always be right. It is yours and what you want to share with the world. Make sure it always gives value and you are doing it right.
There are plenty of newbies that come here and get over excited and get themselves into a wobbly, this is very helpful :)
