If I help other people make a website on WA, can the domain name ownership belong to the client?
Are you referring to a domain through siterubix or an actual website? If you were to create either, they would need the login info for the admin backdoor. You have the ability to create multiple users for websites with different access levels should you want to have access to the site as well as the person you are helping

I mean the ownership of the domain name is the customer's.
While I was responsible for making a website for them in WA, I took charge of the website management.
I am not sure if it is the domain name that I applied for through my membership account at siterubix. Can only belong to me, but cannot apply for my client.
If the website is a domain purchased outside of WA or even on WA, you can give them admin access through granting them the password
