My website doesn't look like yours as in the video.
It jumbled up by displaying Recent Comments and Recent Post at the top and About Me is displayed at the very lower part

I would go to Appearance > Menus create a menu and attach my About me post to my menu and update.

Your blog does display latest posts as it should by default.
You can go to Appearance > Widgets and change the position of your recent posts and comments.
However, that also depends on the theme you are using.
You may want to try to change the theme and see if there's a difference.
You may go to Appearance > Themes and add new.
Input what you are looking for, install and activate.
Your content will be left intact, you may lose out on some CSS styles and social media icons if that, a bit of tweaking and you are done.
We always recommend leaving a back up theme, you may do with the Twenty TwentyOne.

Were you in WordPress Backoffice -> Appearance -> customize ->widgets when your recent comments and recent posts showed up?
How is your WordPress Backoffice -> settings -> reading setup. With your Home page displaying latest posts. Then your latest posts will show up.
Is your About Me a Post? If not and it is a page it will show up when attached to the menu.WordPress Backoffice -> Appearance -> customize -> menus
