Go to your account settings https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/home/my_profile and you'll be able to see your last payment and membership details. $65 is not an amount you'd be billed from WA unless it's in a foreign currency. WA payments are in USD.
If you and your wife have separate accounts then you'll both be billed separately.
