Make and then set up your business domain email with gmail

I. Make and forward your new business (domain) mail
- Hover mouse over SiteRubix (left menu), choose and click 'Site Manager'
- On top menu click 'Site Email'
- Click tag 'New Email Forward'
- In first field write your selected name (exp: info). In second choose your domain. And in third write email to which you would like forward. So it will be for example info@yourdomain.com -> name.surname@gmail.com
- Click 'Create' button
- Click button 'SMPT Settings'. Here you have hostname, username, password, port which you will need later in gmail.
II. Set outgoing business (domain) mail in gmail
- Open your gmail account
- Click on settings icon (cogwheel on top right of the screen)
- Choose 'Settings' from dropdown list
- Click 'Accounts and Import', from top menu in blue
- In section 'Send mail as:' click 'Add another email address you own'
- In separate window that will open write down your name in first textfield and info@yourdomain.com in second
- Click 'Next step' button
- Now take what you have under point 6. of step I., that is SMTP Settings and fill suitable fields (note: in field 'SMTP Server' write hostname)
- Click 'Add Account >>'
III. Label your new business (domain) email in gmail
- Open mail in gmail to or from address: info@yourdomain.com
- Click 'More'
- Choose 'Filter messages like this' from dropdown list
- In textfield 'to' writei info@yourdomain.com
- V polje 'from' info@yourdomain.com (Note: i did that seperatly)
- Click 'Create filter with this search'
- Check 'Apply the label:' beside chose 'New label' from dropdown
- In upper textfield write yourdomain (or whatever you want it to be called) and click 'Create' button
- Check also 'Always mark it as important'
- Click button 'Create label'
IV. Results
- Now someone can write you to your business (domain) email and you can see it in your gmail (for example name.surname@gmail.com) inbox.
- I f you want to send mails from this business (domain) email via gmail just click in head field of your composing or replying mail. When you click you se two lines in head of your mail. Upper is to which addres you re sending and it starts with 'to'. Lower starts with 'from' and you can choose from which address you want to send email name.surname@gmail.com or info@yourdomain.com. (note: in gmail you can choose default outgoing address so always check which addres you are going to send email from).
- If you want to see all communications (outgoing, ingoing) with your business (domain) email info@yourdomain.com just click made label (what you write in point 8. of step III.) on the right side.
