Hi no not through that or just the site wp admin, but second website works fine so maybe it's the first site's theme.... I will delete it tomorrow and try with another theme like the second one. Thanks for replying though, appreciate the help.

Hi thanks tried that but still get a blank page on
my website name/wp-logmein.php
I even deleted the website and created another one with same result...

Try using the link below to manually access your WP outside of WA. Change the yourdomainname with your own domain name.

yourdomainname.com/wp-admin

If it’s still not working, I suggest you to contact the site support.
