Our Unforgettable Trip to The Philippines!
Last Update: Mar 1, 2023
Since my wife is originally from the Phillippines, and now a citizen of the U.S., we had to go back to catch up with her side of the family, and give my son the opportunity to spend quality time with his grandparents, and an opportunity to be immersed in his "Filipino-Side".
It was defintely a great experience for me to unplug from the world, and see it from a different point of view, without technology.
Here are some of the moments we captured during our trip!
My Son Enjoyed The Experience Of Flying
My Son's 'Traditional' Filipino Birthday Party
Visiting Our Family Who Have Passed
Going Out To The Farm - Seeing All The Exotic Fruits
My Son Munching On Filipino Snacks - His Favorite
Lunch By A Volcano
I Think The Phillippine Mango Is My Favorite Fruit Now
I Caught Up On Some Reading
Since I had a lot of downtime without technology, I got to catch up on some reading. The first was a book called "The One Thing: The Surprisingly Simple Truth About Extraordinary Results". I highly recommend!
The other book was a book on blog content strategy called the Ski Slope Strategy. It was very good as well, and a great companion to the Content Marketing Masters course I invested in.
My Affiliate Sites Continued To Crank Out Passive Income
In the month of February, which I was mostly traveling the whole time, my sites continued to refer 82 customer orders.
It just goes to show that with Affiliate Marketing, you can be on the beach or island for a whole month, and still make personal bests in your business that month, without even turning on your computer to check.

That sounds like a fun time, Nathan! I have some web help living in the Philippines and wondered about visiting them sometime. Maybe....

It was a pleasure to see your vacation photos. I am glad you enjoyed your stay in the Philippines.
I am from the same country, born and raised in Manila.
You must have stayed in the countryside. That’s the best place to spend your time! Free from the hustling city life. You must have enjoyed the beach and all various tropical fruits. Philippine mango is the best! That’s one of my favorites as well!
Thanks for sharing!
