So, I am an Occupational Therapist, and have worked a lot with people with brain injuries, strokes, in pain etc. And I have been fascinated for the last decade in learning about the brain, and more recently about how the mind works.

And I just get so passionate about learning more and more about this topic and subject.

And the thing is, is that in life, what we have in our lives in our reallity, really always comes back to one FACT!

What we hold inside, in our thoughts, memories, beliefs, values, programming, determines what our external reality will look like.

Ie it will determine the amount of money you make or have, the kind of relationships you have, the kind of car you drive, the lifestyle you live.

And this stuff really isn't hokey pokey. It has been proven scientifically over and over again.

I just get so excited about this, that my main blog is focussed on this.

the way we think, behave, act, and what we hold in our minds (our memories, thoughts, mental processing, images, etc) are really the key.

Do an exercise for the day. Just notice all of your thoughts. Then try and see whether they are negative, and judgemental, and thoughts of 'can't' or whether they are more happy, positive etc.

Now, see how that matches what you have in life!!!

I really wish wealth, abundance and happiness for every soul. And I am making it my mission to share this message so that we can all experience bliss :)
