Hi. You need to contact Kyle or Carson as soon as you can, so they can help you here. Just type their first name in the question box at the top and one of their pictures will come up, so you can send them a message. I think only they can help in this situation. Best to you! Michelle

I got a email today saying that i needed to update my jetpack on my wordpress website. Now, when i go to update plugin and update this message comes up
If you attempted to back up your website and did not select where to back up, this occurs. Try again, make sure you select where to backup. You can back up to your computer, dropbox, ftp. WA hosting also has a backup of your websites if you need to restore.
On the top of your wordpress site is a circle, click on it, and what you need to update will appear. If it says 'all updates have been completed', they are.
Any other problems, use the WA tool Websites & Hosting, click on support, show the domain you want them to check on. Be sure and state the notices that come up and any other problems you have with your domain website. Hope this helps. ^_~
Hey there, thanks for getting back on this issue but I Mannaged to get it sorted by de-installing my old jetpack and then installing the new version manually through a zip folder.
