One step forward two steps back

So sometimes I feel like I am taking one step forward and two steps back when it comes to progressing through the certification process. It just seems like getting through Lesson 3 is taking me forever. I thought I would never understand how to attach an affiliate link to my website (finally after many tries I found out I needed to use the "short link") but I finally got it. Now I am adding Google AdSense and have been denied. Has anyone else been denied? If so what do you do to correct this? What if I never get qualified for Google Adsense? Does this mean I can't officially finish the certification process?

Sorry just venting a little..It's just so very frustrating

Nan

That's the way to be progressive nan!

Thank you!!

Persistence and Perseverance Conquer all things.

Yes it does. Thank you for the reminder

You are welcome my dear Nan.
I love your smile, keep it up.

Do not worry about the time it takes and long as it DOES take, in your mind and activities.

You can apply to Bing for their version of Adsense!

One of the reasons you do not get accepted is due to the lack of material on your website. Beef it up a little and try again!

Alrighty thank you I will do that!!

Hello Nan, Course three took me a while to work through, but it has provided the necessary tools for monetizing my webpage. Now it is up to me to make the most of the knowledge. Many of us at Wealthy Affiliate have been denied by Google Adsense. It is not the end of the world since there are probably better affiliate links that are compatible with your niche. Not certain how to change the Adsense result, but I will give it another try down the road.

Thank you!! That is true. Need to find one that is compatible with my niche

Don't worry the time will come, keep trying and look around you can add so many other things besides like Google Adsense.

Thank you and I know this sounds bad but I'm glad I'm not the only one to be turned down

I've been turned down by Adsense and so have many other people. You do not need Adsense to progress. You can reapply later once you start getting more traffic to your site. Don't get frustrated. Keep going.

I know I just think I have to do everything 100% but I realize we are not perfect. Thank you for the encouragement

I understand :) I have not added Google adSense as yet
