Content clicks not converting

So I have been checking my stats on the affiliate site like a youngster checks his phone waiting for the current heart throb guy or girl to respond to their message or status update.
So the clicks (raw, unique and content) have been increasing yet no registrations. Zip. Nada. Bugger all.
Is there any what I can increase the probability of converting clicks to sales?
