Boom! YouTube announces 3 minute shorts

The one minute youtube short is kind of like the 140 character Tweet. It's annoying but a challenge that forces you to get your point across in the least amount of time.
And in the case of YouTube, it's something that gets you out there quicker.
Well on October 15th, the rules will change. YouTube will allow a 3 minute short.
A lot of my videos are just a little longer than that. So you can say a LOT in 3 minutes.

It is tough to get anything out in one minute. That is why we have made our WA Shorts here around 3 minutes, as that is adequate time to actually introduce and teach something small.
Perhaps we were just ahead of our time lol. Youtube always copying us!
I'm from Texas and we don't talk fast so shorts have been a challenge, now.... not so much y'all.
