What I've done so far
Currently making dinner and reminiscing on my progress so far in WA. I can say that from June 29th, it has been roughly been a week and a half, and I feel that I've done so much. I've created my website, looked for low hanging fruit, created content given and received feedback and built something that is mine. My little piece of the world wide web.
Creating content has not been easy. My niche is actually a personal project of mine to improve myself by being able to organize myself. Having to go back to school, as a teacher, brings me joy, but at the same time, the intensity of the school year takes a toll on oneself, and I hope to, like I said earlier, to dedicate one or two hours a day on this.
My purpose here is to eventually make a profit on my website. To have something to save, in case I would have to leave the classroom to tend to my son, and my special daughter with autism. It's sad that you need to leave your passion in other to receive the services your daughter needs, but that's the reality of paradise.
What do I expect in the weeks ahead? Lots of more work, maybe frustration due to writers block, but with an optimistic attitude. I'll do what I have to do, in order to pay off debt, save money and create a safe haven for my children and myself. I don't expect to be a millionaire.
Let the challenge begin!

Good to read and good to hear. I just wrote a blog this morning that is very similar. Keep the fire burning and stay the course! I'm learning slowly that hard work is what truly pays off in the end.
I'm glad we are on the same page! It's comforting that I'm not the only one going thru this. May success be with both of us!

I've found that even when you're immersed in the care of another or some obligation that just can't wait, that is the time when subject matter you would like to write about begins to emerge. If you can write down little snippets of ideas or keep a small personal recorder around to help you remember, writer's block won't be too common. Experience makes the best writers. Good Luck.
I'm glad you said that! I'm no organizing guru, that is for sure! But that's why I made my website; because if I an able to keep myself efficient one year from now, I know I'm heading in the right direction. Thank you for your support!
