Never force a door to open.

This is the essence of what I have learned, many times over.

Some doors are meant to stay shut because they are not for me to enter. They don't support the path towards my goal. What is behind that tightly shut door, may be something that will not only distract me but instead, STOP me all together.

I am finding, if I ALLOW myself to be guided and TRUST, between my intuition, experience and The Creator, my moves in this Game of Life, will be the right ones. This is where my Power lives.

Every time I have forced a door open, I have had ill feelings about it in some way. The sheer fact that I had to take the energy to FORCE it open caused me to lose time and energy. Along with the ill feelings came weariness and often a loss of some joy in the process.

I am seeing many changes happening around me and one of them is the simple act of ALLOWING the doors to open has allowed me to experience what some people would call, 'Miracles'.

I have also learned there is a distinction between turning the doorknob to see if the door will open...and FORCING it to open. Never stop checking to see if the door will open!

These days this is how I work towards my goal(s). If the door at the end of the hall doesn't open when I get there and turn the knob, I look for another door. I seem to always find another door. It may take time to walk down another hallway and find it but there is ALWAYS another door.

I challenge myself to not get discouraged about the last door not opening and the fact that I have to keep walking. When I look back at previous accomplishments, I see that I've learned many needed lessons on that extra walk. Those lessons have prepared me to turn the knob, open the next door and be ready for the experience the new room has to offer.

Often, I find myself grateful for the previous doors that didn't open because I may not have been prepared for what or who was behind them. Forcing the door may have had me showing up in a weakened state with less power than I needed to reach my goal with some Joy.

So many miracles have happened in my life by not FORCING a door.

I am taking my Que from nature. Water is a Powerful force yet it always flows to the space that opens. Even if it has to drip it's way through. It doesn't stop its flow, it just finds another opening/doorway. Over time, even the spaces in nature that were closed, open up due to the power of the water.

I call it, 'Living in Flow' by trusting, allowing, keep moving forward and having Faith.

It reminds me of a book I read a long time ago called, 'Power vs Force' by David Hawkins.
