Found another way to stay connected while social distancing!
Hello everyone!
I hope that you're all well and not getting a case of cabin fever from having to stay home or social distance.
I'm actually pretty fortunate when it comes to all that because I'm an introvert down to the very core of my being. Even talking to people on the phone gives me anxiety. It's kind of horrible to live with being that much of an introvert at times but I'm happy about it at this point.
I live with 4 other people so I'm never truly alone and I speak to my mom on the phone at least twice a day. She's the only person I can talk to on the phone that doesn't cause me anxiety, thank goodness!
Anyway, I wrote a blog the other day about a couple things I found to keep busy during these times of isolation and social distancing.
I found another pretty cool thing that Netflix has done to keep people connected without being together. It's called Netflix party and it's a chrome extension. Basically you add the extension to your Chrome browser and then you can have live chat with your friends and family while watching something on Netflix.

Other than that I don't have much to report. I finally finished the last post I was working on for my site that was close to 3,500 words. It took a while to finish up with adding links and images but I'm proud to say that's done and checked off my to do list!
I am working on some new content now which is going very well thanks to my awesome friend Sonny!

Many years ago events in my life caused me to be very fearful and I was housebound agoraphobic for four and a half years!
After that, of course, lifelong anxiety was even worse!
