In many instances the images may be watermarked with stamps that shout "hey you're mot mine" and there are hidden ways of tagging or tracing. Google for Steganography for a definition of how this is done. As has been mentioned, pic removal, site takedown or in worse case legal action is what you risk.
Ya but it's quite difficult finding things that are relevant. One of my pages, I uploaded an image from the google images, I called the page "Time" and i got a small picture from the "Inception Movie". See it here:

Certain images are the intellectual property of others and it is illegal to use them.
This tutorial explains it in more depth along with how to find suitable images Free Images for a Website - Free to Use, No Attribution
At the core of it is the proprietary owner fears that you will use the image he produced and placed for monetary gain.
If you use images that are not free, Some cases the owner will contact you to remove the image before taking any action.. But I wouldn't risk it, better to not use it. If you need a list of free images to use Just Private message me so I can send you the list...
Like what CoachGom has mentioned, the worst case scenario is you’ll get sued by the owner for god knows how much.

Other possible consequences are you’ll be given a DMCA Takedown Notice. Based on my understanding, basically, they ask you to take down your website, something like that.
You risk getting into trouble with the real owner of the images. Something like "copyright dispute". Plus, in sites providing images, images that are not for free usually have stamps on them they only disappear if you pay for them.

Hello ! ! ! Im at the point at the training where i need to register with affiliate programs and put up 3 affiliate links on my site. The affiliate program i registered for is
"Then try inserting this code in the main page between tags <body> and </body>"
The "body" is basically the part of the code that produces the pages you see. So the box where you enter your content for your page or post... that's the "body".
At the top right corner of that box, you should see "visual" and "text". If you click the "text" tab, it will show you all the code that your page has. Simply enter your code anywhere in that box. The beginning or end is fine. Once that is done, click the "visual" tab again. Click either "publish" or "save draft", depending on where you're at in completion of that page.
Hope that helped.
