Some needed fun and relaxation
I took 2 and a half weeks off and went up to Wisconsin around Lake Superior and Crystal Lake. Swam out to a Loon with my daughter when it dove down and it came back up right next to us. They make a very eerie and distinctive sound. I also was at the Packer game with my wife, mom, and daughter it was a blast!!!!! You should always make the best of your time while you can, because you can't get that time back.

Very true Mark! If you read on of my blogs I have done the same thing all summer long. I spent all of July and August with my 2 children and had the best summer since being a father. This is what life is all about. I have a very different outlook about life now and am in such a better place. Mark I am happy that you took a break and enjoyed it too the fullest. Good for you! You need to make those times happen.

It is like a very big duck. It is black and white and usually one family of loons per small lake. They make a very eerie distinctive call in the early morning hours. Google loon calls on YouTube.
I will check them out on Google.
