Life is a Btch!
Well last few weeks have seen a few events make me rethink my immediate priorities.
Another moment of not paying attention and another speeding offence. Went round a bend to see a camera van staring at me and although I was in no hurry I was recorded at 35 mph in a 30 mph! I'm now facing a court appearance and the threat of a 6 month ban for totting up 12 points in 3 years.
Fact I have driven 180,000 miles is not taken into account. It doesn't seem fair that someone driving 18,000 miles for the 12 points gets the same punishment as me? But that's life! My only hope is,as my licence is my business, I may get a reprieve as extreme hardship is a probability rather than a possibility.
This has made me focus on finding alternate ways of earning money as a matter of priority. As a result my attention hasn't really been on WA and as a result my ranking has shot up 500 points this last week. Good job I'm not paid on ranking performance?
Just in case I lose my licence, searching for an alternate job in the real world is a priority as the prospect of making money online isn't looking to be immediate. I have been looking for a couple of years with no joy, so barring miracles I could have a trying time in 2017. Unfortunately. as a result I will have to re-evaluate whether I can justify or afford the $49 membership of WA?
I do have one online opportunity that I am looking into, as I came across a very shiny object that caught my attention and may have some commercial potential.
My laptop has decided to play up and is in need of a complete uninstall. This prompted me to invest in a more up to date desktop. Amazing what you can get on ebay? £60 for complete refurbished system!
Then to cap it all my van has just had a cambelt failure so no income for a week just big expense. Never rains when it pours! good job the desktop is on the way as the laptop is coming close to being thrown out of the window!
Must keep calm and carry on! Ebay to the rescue needed a £300 cam pulley and ordered one, used for £20. Hope it hasn't bent valves when I put it back together?
Enough of my struggles! looking on the bright side there is always someone else a lot worse off, I have my health even though I may be loosing my sanity?
Any tips on changing ones fortune appreciated? The last 10 years have been, shall we say challenging! Positive thinking isn't working! Yet?
