Learning from Failure
What is holding you back from achieving your goals this new century? Is it lack of discipline or ambition? Why do we need to see things to believe that they can be achieved? It's because we have been conditioned to think in that way. When I first started communicating through this blog, it took me a while to be confident enough to get other individuals to go through my articles. I had to let go of fear and the same comes to failure. You have to learn to let go of the fear of failing.
Your experiences in failure are lessons that means that you should not give up on your goal. How did we get planes, light bulbs, telephones, entertainment (disney) ...the list is endless. Because these were inventors that did not give up. They knew what they were here for and the decided to pursue those goals despite the outcomes. Do you want to end this year knowing that you did not achieve your goals?
From small to big matters
How about if you achieve something no matter how small it may be. At the end of the day consistency is key. If you can change one small habit, you have already won in your little way. If you think about your future, you cannot neglect the moment that you have now, reach for the sky and if you fall atleast you will get to the stars. You also have people around you on the same journey learn from them.
Don't allow that voice in your head to discourage you instead, move forward. Don't get me wrong there will be challenges along the way. You may not have time or money or even the will to continue sometimes, but what's important is that you keep moving.
Fail forward towards your success.

You have just written a great post and I hope to see many more from you. Puts a big smile on my face when people come out of their own shell and lay it all out there.
Great post and all the best
