I am already an approved Amazon Associate. I was approved after making the requured sales in my first ever website. Of course that is the site registered in Amazon Associates.

Hello, You are supposed to keep a list of all sites. Go to Amazon click on (earnings) at the top left. Log in to that page. Click on your (email) at top left. Click on (account settings) in the drop down. It will give you a list that will include (edit your website list). Hope this is what you were looking for.

I am creating a WA custom Sign Up link. I just noticed that the campaign URL does not contain my affiliate id unlike the custom Homepage and there is no provided portion to add
When you create the link it nudges you to creating a short name for it, so that the link is unique to you

Its because you are creating a custom page so you can choose the ID, sorry for mnisunderstanding the question
