Coffee with Linda: The Espresso Shot - Confidence as Your Vision’s Fuel
In the world of big ideas, self-confidence is your espresso shot. It’s the internal stimulant that transforms a dormant "maybe" into a high-voltage "let’s go." Whether you’re launching a project or chasing a goal, your belief in yourself is the active ingredient that determines the strength of the final brew.
The Grind and the Filter
Every vision starts as a raw bean. To extract its potential, you have to endure the "grind." Without confidence, the pressure of a new project feels like it’s crushing you; with it, you realize the pressure is simply extracting your best work.
As you brew, you’ll encounter the "sediment" of doubt and external criticism. Confidence acts as your filter. It allows constructive insights to pass through while keeping the bitter grounds of other people’s insecurities from ruining your cup.
Serving It Bold
A project pursued without confidence is like decaf: it looks the part but lacks the power to change anything. Don’t water down your vision to make it more "palatable" for others. Serve your ideas bold, hot, and without apology. When you trust your craft, the world eventually wakes up to the aroma of your success.
Now share what's on your mind? Have you decided the type of coffee you're setting up?

The raw beans indeed
need grinding, hot water, and Filter
Before serving...
It is not instant coffee.
And if it is, it is often chemical powder. 😝 😝
Thank you Linda..
Hey Linda, eloquence to the max.
I agree self-confidence is your espresso shot, primarily because self-confidence is inward-facing and belief-based as opposed to just plain confidence which is the opposite as confidence which is generally outward-facing and has to be based on evidence.
I like my coffee black with a pinch of turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon and cayenne powder, using stevia for sweetening.
Just saying ^_^ Cheers

Confidence really is the fuel that turns pressure into progress. This was such a powerful reminder to trust the process, and myself.
