Face Book Belligerent Behaviour
Subject: Seeking Wisdom from our Wealthy Affiliate Community
I hope this message finds you all thriving in your online endeavours! Today, I'm reaching out to tap into the wealth of knowledge and experience that makes our community so extraordinary.
I have never liked nor trusted Face Book, mainly due to key board warriors that can sit behind a screen with no face just bad vibes and sometimes hatred, however I do know that establishing a business website and sharing your posts on Facebook is a strategic move to attract traffic and engage with a broader audience.
So, after completing my step-by-step core training classes 4,5 and 6 with Kyle, I set up my business page for my online Interior Design website, I have posted two pieces of content, and the only two comments so far have been from men leaving belligerent comments…literally!! While I strive to maintain a positive and constructive space, I'm curious to know how you, as seasoned online entrepreneurs, deal with such behaviours.
Have you encountered similar situations? How do you navigate through negativity while upholding the integrity of your brand and community? Right now, I feel a little bit out of sorts so could really do with some of WA communities’ collective wisdom, and your insights could be immensely valuable not just for me but for others facing similar challenges.
Please feel free to share your experiences, tips, or any strategies you've found effective in maintaining a positive online environment. Your input means the world to me, and I'm grateful for the support and camaraderie within our incredible community.
Let's continue to empower each other and thrive together!
Mollie

Hi Mollie
Unfortunately, bad behavior on social channels goes with the territory. The key is not to let it bother you.
If someone posts a response challenging your information, then it's probably to your advantage to professionally explain the reasons your thinking on the matter is valid and theirs might be incorrect.
I delete all comments from trolls and any just meant to create chaos and hatred.
Move and don't look back. 😎

Thank you
Unfortunately they were not challenging anything I had written.. basically said Go F yourself??
The internet provides people from all over the world with anonymity, and there are essentially ZERO CONSEQUENCES for bad behavior. (It’s here in the WA Community too)
As a marketer, we need to leave emotions out of it 💯.
Just decide if the content is good or bad. Delete and ignore the bad👎 and embrace and engage the good👍. 💕
Facebook used to be a very good advertising and lead generation platform for my (local Minneapolis) Event Management Company. Not so much anymore.
I’m pondering the PPC route because I don’t have to interact with anyone.😊
I get that.
I have had a personal account for many years that everything is private on, I have never really used it, and I only set it up so I could monitor my children in their younger days
Now moving forward with a business one obviously for traffic, I have to say it was somewhat unnerving..

I tend to avoid that site if at all possible, Mollie. But you have to do what you have to do sometimes with business. You could try filters...or just ignore and delete. Trolls are a part of life online.
