I'm going to say no. I have my siterubix up for almost 2 weeks and have plenty of content but still waiting for index. I just need to generate comments and it will be ok. My first page I started on didn't have much either, but it was there while I was working on newer webpages. Even though it didn't have content, it still was building Trust as viewed in site health.
I couldn't believe it but I just got an email confirming it. I had only picked the theme, title and subtitle because I am still working on my first website. Did Google send you an email saying your site got indexed? Wow. I've been working on mine for about 2 weeks now and have no idea if it is. My site health is still pretty low too, as I have to work on getting more comments, streamlining and centralizing my links and helping others, then we'll see. Good Job and wishing you success.
No, not Google. I received an email from WA that Google had indexed my website. You can check if yours is indexed. Go to SiteManager and you will see on the lower right corner (right above where it says move) you will see if it says Yes or No above Google Indexed. If it's No, then perhaps this training that someone posted can help you How To Get Indexed Quicker

did you request it to get indexed by google like Huffman recommends? I'm gonna do that after I centralize my links and streamline it a little bit more.

That's great! I wasn't planning to work on it as of yet because I was still working on my first one. That's why I only selected the theme, the site title and tagline but now I think I'm gonna have to work on it sooner :)
