The information is termed "content" here at WA. It is recommended that you create (write) the content for your page. Look for examples from other websites that you would like to emulate. Products to review, recommend, offer can be from affiliate programs relevant to your niche. Continue on in the training and it should answer these questions. Hope this helps.
You can also get a lot of free information from forums on photography, and if you go to allexperts.com you can sign up as an "expert" and answer questions. This will give you a good base for what your target market is looking for. If they have questions, then find solutions to their questions, that is a good way to find out what to promote.
I am also a Platinum level author at ezinearticles.com you can actually now have it set up so your blog posts become articles which are promoted through them. I will probably be doing that very soon.
Hopefully I am not getting too far ahead, as Scott said, follow the training, you will get the answers and they will make you profitable. I am still working through the training also. I only have a couple hours each evening to work on this but so far have found it really informative and enjoyable.

As far as the amount of time to work on this system, I am with you on that. I too only have a few hours currently to work on this, that's OK, I don't want to rush it and get ahead of my self just to forget what I've learned.
