Working on a big project like us WA folks can be daunting and incredible overwhelming it's like getting married or starting a new business or doing the last Term of College, it requires a lot of energy and it requires us folks to be in the best state possible especially when learning new things as it can be testing and challenging and energy draining.

Here is 5 Tips that will HELP YOU TO BE POWERFUL WHILST DOING WA ..

1) Hydrate -- drink so much that you are at least pissing every hour , now most people in the world don't drink enough natural H20, water alleviates mind fog and lethargy and energy dips

2) NO sugar ...sugar is the biggest killer and biggest reason for such things like adhd and glycaemic crashes, plus it's just makes ya more hungry so you can't concentrate as ya always hungry

3) Eat proper meals Eat Paleo , eat real meat and real veg it's a miracle how having real foods increase concentration levels, there even proof that adhd sufferers have more clarity when consuming more real protein, avoid process foods at all cost.

4) exercise now you don't need to exercise like me going all hardcore and stuff but just a simple 35 mins walk or jog to the park and back will keep the blood circulating in your body and keep your endorphins ( happy chemicals) floating so you will keep on going and have a more clearer head when times are tough

5) Consistency of the above 4 tips, I guess this is like what WA is teaching us to be consistent with the basics of getting a profitable website, Keep doing the 4 tips in this blog for 28 days ...tell me how it goes , tell me what kind of results ya getting and how those results are helping you with WA ..

Hi Matt! -

Thank you for posting these 5 valuable tips! :)

Hey Matt I personally walk and do the regular stuff, it's nice to know I don't have to do all that hardcore training :) Great advice.

Hey there Matt, Great blog and all this stuff you are writing about will really come in useful for your website. Sounds like you are taking off fast. All the best to you and I wish you every success. Regards, Simon

Hey Jenna, I'm like you and gradually I changed to honey or Maple syrup and many times nothing. They are not as harmful as sugar which really is bad as it turns to fat and cholesterol and the things you mention. .

I may try that. If I can break the coffee habit, I can get rid of the sugar easily.

Thanks for the tips. :)

Jenna, I could be wrong but if it goes anything like it did with me, I had exactly the same thought. After no coffee or tea I couldn't stand it any longer I had to give in and then came to the conclusion that we drink coffee and/or tea for the "sugar hit" and not the other way round. I then went cold turkey for a few months and drank coffee (instant) without sugar for a while and thought I'd kicked the sugar habit. But not so.
I was wanting to drink tea (we drink it hot here with or without milk) and I find I have to have sugar in tea to enjoy it at all. So then I read somewhere that honey or Maple syrup (genuine) is much better for you and also that sugar is as addictive or more than Heroin! Good luck on your coffee kicking habit! All bests, Simon

Hi Simon, thanks so much for your help. I never thought about that we drink coffee or tea for the sugar...that's really interesting.

I will try the honey maybe. Thanks for the good luck.

Thanks for posting these awesome tips. I'm proud of myself that I do almost all of them, except the No sugar part. I am not into sweets, but I must have sugar in my morning coffee. :P Trying to break the coffee habit, but it's hard!

And the exercise part...I take morning walks with my dog and am always amazed at how much better I feel and more relaxed afterwards. She motivates me as she loves her walks and expects them, lol.

I'll keep trying to cut out the sugar. Is it true that s sugar causes or aggravates inflammation, arthritis, etc? Thanks

What kind of exercise do you do, serious workouts?

Have a great day!

Hey Jenna you have a good dog, sugar alternatives you can use something called Stevia , I've written a article the badness of sugar and how to prevent sugar cravings with just 1 technique ... http://www.rawmattng.com/no1-killer-of-the-world/
