What Eric said is so true. Don't pick a niche to chase the money, don't pick a niche because it seems trendy. Pick a niche you care about, because you are going to spend a lot of time with it over the next few months. If you love it, that passion will show through in your writing, and sales will come much easier. Remember,too, that you will most likely have more than one site through the years. You don't have to be locked into this one topic forever.
Thanks, that's a lot of advice indeed. Picking a niche is so much important in generating revenue but "in the long term" is the key factor here.
