17 Days and Ranking on Google's 1st Page
So here I am on Google's 1st-page for my keyword ranking website!
A week ago I looked and I was on page 10 of Google... so this was a surprise and much faster than I expected!
There's still a lot of content to write on my website, but I decided to publish it right away once I had a certain amount of words. I guess it was a good idea!
Next I decided to add an affiliate site on my website so that I may be able to capture some clients doing their Christmas shopping. So far I got a number of clicks but still too early to tell...
So what did I learn here....
1- Follow the Get Started Here course and do what the course teaches you, step-by-step.
2- Jaaxy is an amazing keyword research tool and well worth going Pro!
3- Publish your site asap for it does take a while for Google to index it.
4- Find a great affiliate company and incorporate it in your website as soon as you have some content (because the affiliate company wants to see your site before accepting you -- but don't worry about it being perfect, it just has to show that you are both on the same page).

This is nice but nobody is really going to type 'cartierwomenwatches' in the search engines. I would suggest you try to rank for 'cartier women watches' or 'cartier watches women' but even I would think twice on going after those keywords as I don't like the pages that are ranking right now for that term (full of e-commerce pages). Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for your comments! The research was done on 'Cartier women watches' and there is a market. I don't go for big markets because there is just too much competition; smaller markets will get you ranked much faster on page 1 and still get traffic. Best of luck to you in WA!
I know there's a market for cartier watches. I never said there was none. What I'm trying to point out is that it's better to check your rankings using the normal keyword that people would actually type like 'cartier women watches' instead of the one you used in your screenshot, 'cartierwomenwatches'.
