I walked the Beach this morning. It is a routine for myself with 2 Westies in tow. I was overcome by the total peace around me. It was just a 'long-weekend' here and now all the Tourists have left the Island. I usually love this quiet and solitude but I was feeling the nagging pressure of lagging behind with my lessons with WA. My mind was repeating all the steps I should be taking and I had a guilt thing going on in my head as I was trying to justify 'Why' it wasn't happening for me...
Suddenly, the sun glistened off the waves and I was stunned to realize that I wasn't even aware of the morning. I stopped and looked to see the beauty of the ocean, my furry friends playing with the waves; the sounds of the birds and the water and the pure smell of the air. The clutter was gone! My mind was clear. I knew what I had to do with WA.
My walk was like taking a vacation and from today forward, I shall leave my 'Clutter' as I close the door each morning.
